(But since you brought up those other old versions. Which is not for the best, but at least the games are there.

(I think also the Music Player doesn't have modules for these two games either?) They're treated as bonus games, not core to the Blizzard Arcade Collection with full treatment. I'm not seeing new "Art & Artifacts" collections or added Inside the Games / Video Interviews clips about these two games. Lost Vikings 2 and RPM Racing also don't seem to factor in much as far as peripheral content goes.
They were not included in the original release because they were not given the full "Blizzard Arcade Collection" treatment. These patched-in versions of Lost Vikings 2 and RPM have no Definitive Version with 2021 enhancements. Lost Vikings 1 for example kind of combines the two game versions so that all the levels are in one, also it has language options Rock N Roll Racing has high-quality music, widescreen, and 4P modes. I was talking more about the Definitive Versions, which Blizzard created specifically for the Blizzard Arcade Collection for the three main games it launched with. (Lost Vikings 2 is less in need of a Definitive Edition since they don't need to blend the different versions or add special features, plus it's hard to call it "Definitive" Lost Vikings 2 if there are other versions of it out there not included and with enhancements not on the Definitive version.)
#The lost vikings 2 multiplayer Patch
I actually liked this game a lot though because of the Course Builder and I was looking forward to it more than RockNRoll Racing because I liked making tracks maybe a future patch will include a Definitive Version of RPM and the game will get its due.) (It's unfortunate, RPM maybe could have used some overclocking or play balance tweaking, as the game always ran a little clunky and the vehicles stats are not always fair also it could use a Music Player as there's barely any music in a race. So I guess that explains why they were patched in later instead of released simultaneously, as they did not get the full treatment the other 3 games got but also, hey, two free games added in. No enhancements, no alternate versions on these last two games.
Unlike the other three games in the Blizzard Arcade Collection, which let you choose from a variety of builds of the game as well as a "Definitive Edition" (with enhancements to the music or control layout or widescreen display or multiplayer or what have you, depending on the game,) Lost Vikings 2 and RPM Racing only offer a "SNES" play mode. And only the SNES one is included, unfortunately.
